If you've been a member on other gaming platforms before, you probably know the frustration of loyalty points that are nearly impossible to redeem, or rewards that simply aren't worth your commitment. At permata123, we built our VIP programme around one core principle: rewards must be straightforward, transparent, and genuinely worthwhile.
First, your points never expire. VIP points accumulated on permata123 remain active for as long as your account is active — no expiry dates, no pressure to "use up" points within a set period. Collect and redeem them whenever it suits you.
Second, every game type counts. Whether you're betting on a Malaysia Super League match, spinning Sweet Bonanza, or sitting at a VIP baccarat table, every ringgit wagered contributes equally to your VIP progress. No games are "excluded" from the points calculation.
Third, upgrades happen automatically. Once your cumulative wager total reaches the threshold for the next tier, your account is upgraded immediately — no forms to fill in, no waiting for approval. Your new benefits become available within minutes of the upgrade. This is permata123's way of respecting your time and loyalty.
No complicated procedures, no separate applications. Just follow these simple steps and start earning your VIP rewards today.
Click the "Register" button and fill in your basic details. All new permata123 accounts are automatically enrolled as first-tier members of the VIP programme with no registration fee.

The permata123 VIP programme didn't come about by chance. It was born from a simple question we asked ourselves: "What do Malaysian players truly want from a gaming platform?" The answer that came up time and again in our user feedback was — they want to feel valued, not just treated as another number in the system.
That is why permata123 cashback is credited every day — no need to ask or submit a request. We understand that active players place their trust in us daily, and that trust deserves to be rewarded every single day in return. Not at the end of the month, not whenever it suits the platform — but every morning when you open your account.
Players who have reached Platinum and Diamond at permata123 often talk about how differently they experience the platform with a dedicated personal account manager. Some have had technical issues during important matches resolved within minutes over WhatsApp. Others have asked for help understanding specific bonus terms and received clear explanations without having to go through general support agents.
For players across Malaysia — from Johor Bahru to Kota Kinabalu, from Kuala Lumpur to Alor Setar — the permata123 VIP programme is built for everyone. Whether you're spinning slots at RM 0.20 per spin or placing RM 1,000 on an EPL match, every ringgit you wager counts equally and is rewarded fairly.
